Role Description

We are seeking experienced military writing professionals to create, review, and evaluate military and federal documents for AI training projects. The role focuses on accurate reporting, professional communication, and compliance with government documentation standards.

• Create military status reports, summaries, and executive updates.
• Develop high-quality reference responses and grading rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated reports and provide detailed feedback.
• Prepare WARs, SITREPs, AARs, decision briefs, and memoranda.
• Ensure accurate military terminology and adherence to reporting standards.
• Collaborate remotely with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant U.S. Department of Defense experience.
• Experience preparing military reports such as WARs, SITREPs, and AARs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with federal documentation standards and compliance.
• Experience across multiple military branches is preferred.
