Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Tagalog (Philippines) linguist to support with Localization projects for the following areas of expertise: Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support.

The work will involve different tasks like:

• Translation
• Copy editing
• Linguistic review
• Quality control review
• Quality assurance review
• MTPE from English into Tagalog (Philippines)

This is a daily freelance engagement with 1-2 hours daily for a leading global technology company.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog (Philippines), with strong command of English
• Professional experience in Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support translation/localization
• Experience with CAT tools is required
• BA in Linguistics/Translation or at least +3 years of experience
• Great communication skills
