Role Description

At Jerry.ai, we are building the first app to manage car ownership and make it accessible to all. Your job will be to:

• Think about what our customers need to hear from us.
• Change how we speak to and care for our customers.
• Craft in-app copy, email sequences, and shape messaging for new feature launches.
• Be the definitive voice of Jerry and help cultivate an enduring community.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in copywriting, audience development, or product marketing.
• Experience operating within a B2C growth-stage startup.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating writing and creative skills.
• Proven track record of native channel success (e.g., Reddit or another dominant social platform).
• Bachelor's Degree.

Requirements

• A copywriting virtuoso who can translate complex topics into engaging, human, and accessible copy.
• A T-Shaped marketer with expertise in copywriting, audience development, and product positioning.
• A first principles thinker who avoids assumptions and uses qualitative data to create resonant marketing copy.
• Comfortable with discomfort and able to champion the value of a great brand experience.
