[Hiring] Knowledge Enablement Coordinator @VRIFY

Role Description

VRIFY is seeking a Knowledge Enablement Coordinator to support the creation and management of our technical documentation and training resources. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and accurate information about our products and services.

• Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, release notes, and training materials.
• Help manage a knowledge base system, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Work with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.
• Assist in creating and delivering training programs and materials for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Geology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–1 years of experience in technical writing or customer service; internships or co-op experience count.
• Interest in or exposure to geology or the mining industry is an asset.
• Comfortable learning knowledge management systems and documentation tools.
• Interest in working with or explaining AI models.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Knowledge-Centred Service (KCS) methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
