Role Description
As a Junior Associate Consultant, Writing & Marketing, you will play a key role in HR&Co.’s content strategy, proposal development, and brand communication efforts. You will support business growth by developing compelling written materials, designing branded collateral, and ensuring consistency across client-facing documents and presentations.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate with strong writing and research skills, a creative mindset, and an eye for detail. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, assisting with project management, business communications, and marketing initiatives.
- Research companies, market trends, and RFPs to craft tailored proposals.
- Write, edit, and format proposals, reports, and client deliverables.
- Conduct stakeholder discovery calls and interviews.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all written materials.
- Develop branded marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content.
- Assist in crafting blogs, newsletters, promotional copy, and website content.
- Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and graphics.
- Conduct market research, gathering industry insights, and analyzing client data to support consulting proposals.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and completion.
- Adapt project timelines, strategies, and objectives based on evolving client needs or resource constraints.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and other design tools.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
