Role Description
As a Junior Associate Consultant, Talent Enablement, you will play a key role in supporting clients, managing projects, and assisting the team where needed. You will work closely with HR&Co.’s clients and internal team members to drive business results, contribute creative solutions, and strengthen client relationships. This role requires agility, independent decision-making, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality work.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong interest in consulting, project management, and client support. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with diverse teams and clients in a fast-paced, professional environment. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn will thrive in this role.
- Conduct market research, gathering industry insights, and analyzing client data to support consulting proposals.
- Assist in managing client projects by developing long- and short-term plans, setting milestones, and tracking deadlines.
- Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to optimize project deliverables and workflow.
- Act as a point of contact for project teams, ensuring alignment and synergy between multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects meet objectives and expectations.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and develop recommendations based on findings.
- Support the creation of project documentation, presentations, and deliverables.
- Perform quality control throughout project development to maintain HR&Co. standards.
- Adapt project schedules and deliverables as needed based on changing priorities or financial constraints.
- Assist clients in implementing recommended strategies and solutions.
- Provide general support across various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- An eager learner with little to no consulting experience but a strong interest in client support and project management.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
- A flexible, self-motivated professional who can work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions when faced with multiple options.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support both clients and internal teams effectively.
Requirements
- Fully Remote position.
- Must have access to a computer and the internet.
