Role Description

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This position is for a Music & Lyrics Expert - Hungarian.

• Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres and rate against detailed quality standards.
• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities.
• Rate lyrics based on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality.
• Evaluate the naturalness of lyrics, focusing on word choice, slang, and regional expressions.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Hungarian.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist.
• Knowledge of the Hungarian music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
• Preferred: Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Preferred: Credited or published songwriting work.
• Preferred: Broad familiarity with contemporary Hungarian genres, sub-genres, and artists.

Requirements

• Contract position.
• Compensation: $20–$36/hour.
• Location: Remote.
• Duration: Up to 6 months.
• Commitment: 20+ hours/week.
