Role Description

We are engaging Gujarati Transcription Experts to contribute to a dynamic project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

• Listen to and accurately transcribe audio content in Gujarati into written text, ensuring language authenticity and contextual integrity.
• Review, proofread, and edit transcriptions for clarity, grammatical accuracy, and fidelity to the original audio.
• Annotate linguistic nuances, cultural references, or regional dialects present in the source material.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and provide feedback on transcription guidelines and tools.
• Maintain consistency in style, formatting, and terminology across all assigned submissions.
• Meet established project milestones and deliverables in accordance with outlined requirements.
• Provide timely written and verbal communication regarding project progress, queries, or potential issues.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Gujarati, with deep familiarity with regional variations.
• Demonstrated experience in audio transcription, captioning, or linguistic annotation, particularly in Gujarati.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in text conversion and review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently in a remote context.
• Knowledge of transcription software and tools is a plus.
• Interest in language technology, AI, or related projects is advantageous.
