[Hiring] Food & Drink Journalist Intern @A.N. Publishing

Role Description

The Food & Drink Journalist intern will cover all beers, wines, spirits, and food-related content as it aligns with and relates to The Ambony’s vision concerning our target demographic.

• A monthly column presenting various foods and recipes.
• A monthly column presenting various alcoholic drinks and cocktail recipes.
• A monthly column presenting various culinary experts.
• Write occasional restaurant reviews.

Duration: 6 months

This is a virtual and unpaid internship. Yet, you will gain valuable writing experience.

Qualifications

• The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about beer, wine & spirits-related content as it relates to our target demographic.
• The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about food-related content as it relates to our target demographic.
• Must be a connoisseur of fine food and drinks, focusing on years, regions, and food pairings. For food, authenticity and quality are prioritized over name brands and Instagram foods.
