Our Content team is looking for an enthusiastic Editorial Lead (Copy & Content) to join us!

The Editorial Lead (Copy & Content) is responsible for overseeing the schedule of a team of external quality control copy editors and ensuring that the highest quality content is produced for our customers. This role's primary objective is to ensure the utmost quality and consistency in our content, including:

• Copy editing
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Achieving the right tone and voice

This individual will spearhead AI-driven initiatives to implement AI tools in the conception and drafting phases of content. The Editorial Lead (Copy & Content) must be skilled in copy editing/writing, project management, and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of copy editing and/or writing experience
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible and able to switch between tasks quickly

Requirements

• Copy edit content, including high-priority, fast turnaround requests
• Update copy editing documentation and guidelines to ensure Medbridge content is the highest quality and the company is up-to-date on the latest style standards
• Work closely with the Post-Producer Manager to ensure copy editor contractors are operating efficiently and meeting quality standards
• Oversee copy editor contractors and assign content ready to be reviewed so it meets deadlines
• Collaborate with department leads and managers to identify areas of quality improvement for different product offerings
• Maintain department tools like Grammarly and find ways to innovate the course quality review process
• Create scalable AI tools to support the editorial and QC process

Benefits

• Salary Range: $65K - $75K
• Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities, and experience.
