Role Description

PEOPLE is looking for a remote digital producer to support our Evergreen team. This position will involve:

• Building articles in our CMS
• Doing photo research for search-driven content across various verticals, including entertainment, royals, lifestyle, crime, human interest, and political stories
• Pitching and writing timely evergreen content

We’re looking for a candidate who can commit to 40 hours per week for this remote contract position.

Qualifications

• Strong aspiring writer with a keen visual eye
• Interest in pop culture and celebrity news
• Beginner’s knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience working in a CMS is a plus

Requirements

• Start date: 5/18/2026
• End date: 1 month with potential to extend
• Hourly Rate: $22-24
• Location: Remote - US
