Role Description

Love writing persuasive content that gets results? At Voxidea, we connect top bilingual professionals in Latin America with U.S.-based law firms. We’re hiring a skilled Copywriter to join our remote team and help law firms grow. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Copywriter who can craft clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for websites, emails, ads, and more. If you know how to write with purpose, understand what makes people take action, and love helping small businesses (especially law firms!) stand out—this might be the perfect role for you.

• Write compelling website copy, landing pages, and ad content.
• Create and polish email campaigns, newsletters, and sequences.
• Draft engaging social media copy for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Collaborate with our Marketing and Client Success team to ensure messaging is on-brand and effective.
• Research our clients (mostly solo and small U.S. law firms) to write in a voice that resonates with their audience.
• Edit and proofread for grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns.

Qualifications

• Has 2+ years of experience writing persuasive copy in English for U.S. audiences.
• Writes with clarity, creativity, and attention to detail, especially for legal, business, or professional service audiences.
• Is fluent in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Has experience crafting copy for email campaigns, websites, social media, and sales materials.
• Knows how to write with different brand voices while maintaining consistency and tone.
• Can confidently plan, write, and edit content with minimal supervision.
• Has worked with U.S.-based companies, ideally law firms or service-based businesses.
• Understands SEO basics, digital marketing, and storytelling that converts.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
