Role Description

At Jerry.ai, we are building the first app to manage car ownership, making it accessible to all. Your job will be to:

• Overhaul existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
• Transform messaging from functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and engagement.
• Take bigger creative swings as the brand and voice take shape.
• Own positioning and messaging for new products and manage organic GTM launches and social media presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on copywriting.
• Experience working with consumer startups.
• A portfolio showcasing writing and creative craft.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Requirements

• A copywriting virtuoso who translates complex topics into engaging, human, and accessible copy.
• A T-Shaped marketer with expertise in copywriting, audience development, and product positioning.
• A first principles thinker who avoids assumptions and uses qualitative data to create empathetic marketing copy.
• Comfortable with discomfort, able to push back on data-first teams to champion brand experience.
