Role Description

We’re looking for a Copywriter who is both creative and strategic, someone who can transform ideas into clear, compelling narratives that resonate. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging written content across multiple channels, supporting marketing, communications, and business development efforts.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop content for digital platforms, social media, client communications, and thought leadership initiatives.

Beyond writing, you’ll act as the voice behind the brand, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity in messaging, and alignment with the company’s positioning across everything you produce.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing and communication initiatives
• Develop and maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging
• Create content for websites, newsletters, social media, presentations, and marketing materials
• Support content creation across multiple formats and channels
• Draft social media posts aligned with campaigns and content calendars
• Write scripts and materials for webinars, podcasts, and events
• Contribute to proposals, client communications, and business development content
• Write and update website copy including landing pages and service descriptions
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or marketing communications
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging
• Experience writing across multiple formats including web, social media, email, and presentations
• Highly detail-oriented, adaptable in tone, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Remote position – must have your own computer and reliable internet
• Based in LATAM
• Fluent in English and available to work within aligned business hours (EST/CST preferred)
