Role Description

As our Content Writer (Demand), you’ll be a key player in crafting compelling copy that turns clicks into customers. You’ll spend time writing effective ad copy and landing pages that encourage conversions, creating materials to support our events, partnerships and sponsorships strategies, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent across our paid marketing efforts.

  • Develop and optimize compelling ad copy for various paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for landing pages to improve conversion rates and support demand generation campaigns.
  • Create engaging copy for event-related materials, including booth signage, promotional emails, and sponsorship collateral, and in-event content support.
  • Write simple and effective email workflows to support our events strategy, including pre-event reminders, post-event follow-ups, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Work closely with the paid marketing, and content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of your copy, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy and landing page copy to identify the most effective messaging.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

  • You have the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas.
  • You have excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • You are ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your written English is impeccable.
  • A portfolio of previous work, either in a professional or personal context.
  • You are entirely comfortable to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Requirements

  • Bonus points if you have experience in HR tech or SaaS startups.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with marketing to a global audience.
  • Bonus points if you are skilled at leveraging data and insights to optimize copy.
