Role Description
In the Education-Team at simpleclub, you will create content such as summaries, interactive explanations, and tasks for the profession of Chemielaborant. You will collaborate with our designers to build these learning modules with images, animations, formulas, and graphics. Together, we will advance e-learning and change the future of education!
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Chemielaborant or (teaching) degree in the fields of Chemistry / Laboratory Technology
- Passion for education and experience in the field of Chemielaborant
- Communication professional: Ability to convey complex topics understandably
- Team player: Work together, celebrate, and have fun – balance is important to us
- Excellent time management: Available 30-40 hours per week
- Flexibility and agility: Ability to set priorities and adjust tasks
- Fluent in German, very good English skills (company communication in English)

Compensation
We love transparency. We have various compensation levels based on which we determine a fair salary for each area. Compensation is reviewed at least once a year. The salary range for this role in Germany is 36,100 - 52,700 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adjust to your local market. We are in the process of introducing compensation bands in job descriptions to ensure all employees are treated fairly. After getting to know each other better during the application process and developing a deeper understanding of your skills and experiences, we can assess where you would best fit within the compensation range.
