[Hiring] Content Manager @Chargeflow

Role Description

We are looking for a research driven and strategic Content Manager who can turn complex industry knowledge into clear, engaging, and valuable content. This role will be responsible for reviving and managing the Merchant Fraud Journal blog, including planning content topics, producing articles, optimizing content for search visibility, and collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization.

This is a part time remote role (approximately 4 hours per day) with flexible working hours, reporting directly to the team responsible for growing the Merchant Fraud Journal.

Your Arena

As Content Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of the Merchant Fraud Journal blog. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviving and managing the Merchant Fraud Journal blog as an industry knowledge platform
• Planning and maintaining a structured editorial calendar
• Researching and writing high quality articles related to payments, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and fintech
• Conducting SEO research and keyword analysis to identify high value content opportunities
• Optimizing articles to improve organic traffic and search visibility
• Translating complex industry concepts into clear and engaging content for a professional audience
• Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to turn technical insights into thought leadership articles
• Maintaining editorial quality, clarity, and consistency across all published content
• Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Identifying opportunities to collaborate with relevant companies or industry contributors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in content writing, editorial management, or content strategy
• Experience managing blogs, editorial calendars, or content platforms
• Strong portfolio of published articles or long form content
• Exceptional written English and storytelling ability
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Experience with SEO content strategy and keyword research
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

• Experience writing about fintech, payments, fraud prevention, or compliance (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush (Nice to Have)
• Experience working with subject matter experts or technical stakeholders (Nice to Have)
