Role Description
Weβre looking for a Content Editor who can own the quality, structure, and performance of content for a global design platform at the intersection of community, inspiration, and hiring. This role is both editorial and strategic, ideal for someone who understands how content, search intent, and platform goals work together to drive discovery and engagement.

Shape editorial standards and refine existing content

Guide new content development and ensure clarity, usefulness, and alignment with search behavior

Work closely with writers, SEO partners, product, and editorial leadership

Improve content systems and elevate large content libraries
Qualifications

5 to 8+ years of experience in content editing, editorial management, or content strategy

Strong editorial judgment with a sharp eye for clarity, structure, and usefulness

Experience working with large content libraries or content-driven platforms

Ability to balance creative voice with performance and usability goals

Strong written communication and documentation skills

Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
Requirements

Background editing content for marketplaces, communities, or creator platforms (nice to have)

Familiarity working alongside SEO teams or using search data to guide edits (nice to have)

Experience with content audits, content migrations, or large-scale updates (nice to have)

Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted editing or research workflows (nice to have)
