[Hiring] Content Creator @Pg Ease Solutions

Role Description

We're looking for a Content Creator who can turn real PG-owner problems, product features and industry insights into content that people actually want to watch, share and remember.

What You'll Own

• Script Writing & Content Ideation:
  • Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
  • Develop new content ideas around PG-owner problems, tenant experiences, business tips, technology and PG Ease.
  • Research trends and adapt them to the PG/property-management audience.
  • Write content that is simple, conversational and useful — not like a corporate advertisement.
  • Create content in Hindi, Hinglish and English depending on the audience.
  • Develop recurring content series instead of only individual posts.
• Shooting & On-Camera Content:
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera for Reels, Shorts and product explainers.
  • Shoot simple talking-head and product content from our office.
  • Participate in field shoots with PG owners and customers.
  • Conduct simple interviews with PG owners, tenants and other relevant people.
  • Work with the team to turn real customer experiences into engaging stories.
• Instagram & YouTube:
  • Plan and maintain the content calendar.
  • Publish Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories and YouTube videos.
  • Write captions, titles and descriptions.
  • Understand basic YouTube and Instagram analytics.
  • Track views, watch time, retention, engagement, shares and saves.
  • Identify which content formats are working and improve future content accordingly.
• PG Ease Brand Content:
  • Create educational content for PG owners.
  • Explain common PG-management problems through simple content.
  • Turn PG Ease product features into useful, easy-to-understand videos.
  • Build content around real conversations and problems faced by PG owners.
  • Help establish PG Ease as a recognizable brand within the PG ecosystem.
• Thumbnail & Creative Briefing:
  • Create clear briefs for thumbnails, posts and other creatives.
  • Work with our designer/video editor to get content published efficiently.
  • Suggest hooks, thumbnail concepts and visual references.
  • You don't need to be a professional graphic designer, but basic Canva knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of content creation experience.
• Can write a strong Reel/Short script quickly.
• Are comfortable speaking on camera.
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling.
• Can turn complicated ideas into simple content.
• Understand Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Can identify trends and adapt them without simply copying them.
• Can communicate naturally in Hindi/Hinglish and English.
• Are comfortable interviewing people and talking to customers.
• Can work independently and take ownership of the content pipeline.
• Are curious about startups, SaaS, real estate, property management or small businesses.

Requirements

• You currently run a YouTube channel or Instagram page.
• You've created content for a startup, SaaS, real estate, fintech or SMB brand.
• You've created Hindi/Hinglish content.
• You've interviewed customers, business owners or professionals.
• You understand basic YouTube SEO and analytics.
• You have experience creating content that generated strong organic reach.
• You know basic Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
