Role Description

We are seeking polished, highly organized individuals to join our remote team as VIP Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will help clients enjoy a seamless planning experience by:

• Researching premium vacation options
• Coordinating requested services
• Keeping important details organized from start to finish

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy personalized service, client communication, research, and managing multiple moving parts. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do:

• Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and special requests.
• Research upscale resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
• Coordinate selected arrangements and maintain accurate confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Deliver attentive support by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes or special requests.
• Review arrangements for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
