Role Description

We're looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to help support clients throughout the planning and service process. As a Remote Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll assist with communication, scheduling, follow-up, reservations, and general coordination to help keep each client experience organized and on track. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Gather preferences, dates, and important details
• Coordinate schedules and confirmations
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with reservation and planning details
• Research information when needed
• Help manage changes or special requests

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Familiarity with email, calendars, and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Customer-service mindset
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
