Role Description

We are seeking a Guest Travel Coordinator to help clients organize and coordinate their travel experiences from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing details, and creating a smooth and welcoming travel experience.

• Assist clients with travel planning, preferences, and trip details
• Research accommodations, destinations, activities, transportation, and experiences
• Coordinate reservation and itinerary information
• Communicate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and requests
• Assist with changes, cancellations, and special arrangements
• Help ensure travel details are accurate and organized
• Communicate with travel partners and service providers when needed
• Maintain organized client records and travel information
• Follow up on outstanding requests and provide timely support
• Stay informed about destinations, travel services, and industry updates

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable learning online tools and travel systems
• Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
