Role Description

We are seeking a Travel Communications Coordinator to support clear, timely communication throughout the travel planning process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing information, and making sure clients have the details they need for a smooth travel experience.

• Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, preferences, and updates
• Provide clear information about itineraries, reservations, schedules, and travel services
• Assist with responding to client questions and requests
• Coordinate communication with travel partners and service providers
• Research travel information and provide accurate updates when needed
• Assist with itinerary changes, adjustments, and special requests
• Keep client records, correspondence, and travel details organized
• Review travel information for accuracy before communicating updates
• Follow up on outstanding requests and help keep planning timelines on track
• Maintain a professional and helpful tone across email and digital communication

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
