Role Description

Help travelers create smoother, more personalized vacation experiences from the initial idea through departure. The Travel Experience Coordinator researches travel options, assists with trip details, communicates with clients, and helps coordinate the many pieces that go into a successful vacation.

• Learn about clients' travel preferences, priorities, and budgets
• Research destinations and travel options
• Assist with cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, transportation, and activities
• Prepare and organize vacation information for clients
• Communicate important travel details and updates
• Provide responsive client support before and after booking
• Participate in ongoing supplier, destination, and professional training

Qualifications

• Must reside in US, UK, Australia, LATAM or EU
• Access to reliable internet connection

Requirements

• You're organized, personable, comfortable communicating online, and enjoy helping people make decisions.
• You don't need previous travel experience—curiosity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are more important.
