Role Description

We're seeking a Travel Operations Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support for travel planning activities. This position helps keep client information, schedules, reservations, and trip details organized while supporting communication throughout the planning process.

• Assist with organizing travel schedules, itineraries, and reservation information
• Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
• Maintain accurate client and trip records
• Review travel details and update information as plans change
• Assist with reservation confirmations and routine updates
• Communicate with clients and travel partners regarding trip details
• Track special requests, changes, and outstanding items
• Help ensure important travel information is organized and accessible
• Provide general administrative support for day to day travel operations
