Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help coordinate leisure plans, reservations, and important trip details. As a Leisure Planning Coordinator, you'll assist clients with organizing preferences, researching options, and keeping planning details on track from the initial request through confirmation. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Gather client preferences, dates, and planning needs
• Research accommodations, activities, and transportation options
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate schedules and important timing details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help organize itinerary information
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with changes or special requests when needed

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Comfortable researching and comparing options
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
