Role Description

In this role, you'll help manage the practical details behind client plans, so everything stays organized from the early planning stages through final confirmation.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating arrival and departure times
• Checking reservation information
• Organizing transportation details
• Reviewing activity schedules
• Tracking confirmations
• Helping make updates when something changes

You will also communicate with clients to ensure they have the information they need and that important details aren't overlooked.

Requirements
