Role Description

We are seeking friendly, organized individuals to join our remote team as Travel Customer Care Advisor. In this role, you will provide ongoing assistance to clients as they research, plan, and manage vacation arrangements.

Your focus will be on creating a smooth client experience by:

• Answering questions
• Reviewing available options
• Coordinating requested services
• Making sure important details are handled accurately

Previous professional travel experience is not required. Training and continued support are provided.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable conducting online research and reviewing multiple options
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Ability to manage several client requests and priorities
• Resourceful when addressing routine questions or concerns
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to learn supplier systems, booking platforms, and digital tools
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other qualifying countries

Requirements

• Communicate with clients to learn about their vacation goals, preferred dates, budget, destination interests, and special requests.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options.
• Help clients compare choices and understand relevant features, inclusions, and booking considerations.
• Coordinate selected arrangements through approved supplier systems and resources.
• Keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and planning notes organized.
• Follow up regarding pending decisions, missing information, deadlines, and updates.
• Assist with routine questions, booking adjustments, and service-related requests.
• Maintain accurate client records while continuing to develop destination and supplier knowledge.
