Role Description

We are seeking personable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Client Care Advisors. In this role, you will support clients as they plan vacations by helping them review options, coordinate requested services, and stay informed throughout the process. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, problem-solving, and providing dependable follow-up. Previous professional travel experience is not required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.

• Speak with clients to understand their destination interests, preferred dates, budget, vacation style, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Help clients compare available choices and understand important features, inclusions, and planning considerations.
• Coordinate selected services through approved supplier platforms and resources.
• Keep reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and planning notes organized.
• Provide regular updates and follow up on pending decisions, missing details, or upcoming deadlines.
• Assist with routine booking changes, questions, and service-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records while continuing to build destination and supplier knowledge.

• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Ability to manage several client needs and follow-up items at once
• Dependable time-management and communication skills
• Resourceful when handling routine questions or changes
• Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities
• Willingness to learn booking tools, supplier platforms, and digital systems
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another qualifying regions
