Role Description

We are expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building skills within the travel and hospitality field while providing personalized service to clients.

As a Travel Career Consultant, you will assist travelers with:

• Researching vacation possibilities
• Evaluating available choices
• Coordinating the details of their selected experiences

You may support clients planning:

• Cruises
• Resort vacations
• Family trips
• Honeymoons
• Group getaways
• Tours
• Celebrations
• International journeys

This role is open to individuals entering the industry for the first time. No previous travel experience is required. Training, supplier education, and ongoing development resources are provided.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or another qualifying regions/countries.

Requirements

• Speak with clients to understand their destination interests, travel dates, preferences, and budget
• Research vacation possibilities using established supplier and planning resources
• Evaluate accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, excursions, and packaged experiences
• Match available options with each traveler's priorities and expectations
• Present recommendations and explain relevant features, offers, and booking requirements
• Assist with coordinating selected vacation components through approved reservation platforms
• Keep confirmations, itinerary information, and important trip details organized
• Track upcoming booking requirements and follow up when additional information is needed
• Review traveler information and reservation details to help prevent errors
• Provide timely responses to planning questions and routine reservation requests
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual appointments
• Maintain accurate client profiles, communications, and reservation records
• Coordinate with supplier partners when additional assistance is required
• Develop lasting client relationships through responsive and professional service
• Stay knowledgeable about new destinations, supplier programs, and vacation products
