Role Description

Caribbean Travelers is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team. In this role, you will assist with travel research, reservation coordination and customer communication, while helping ensure a positive client experience throughout the travel planning process. This position is performed remotely using online communication and reservation systems.

• Assist clients with researching travel options, destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and related services.
• Coordinate reservation requests and verify booking details with travel suppliers.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information.
• Review travel arrangements and reservation details for accuracy.
• Assist with travel-related questions and provide ongoing support throughout the reservation process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email systems.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, administrative support, or related fields is helpful but not required.
