Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. In this role, you will help clients plan and coordinate memorable travel experiences while providing exceptional service throughout the entire planning process. Working remotely, you'll assist travelers by:

• Researching destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinating reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, and other travel services.
• Preparing customized itineraries tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Communicating with clients by phone, email, and online platforms to provide updates and answer questions.
• Assisting with reservation changes, itinerary modifications, and travel-related requests.
• Maintaining accurate records of client information and booking details.
• Staying informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel industry trends.
• Providing professional customer support before, during, and after each client's travel experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable using online technology and learning new reservation systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for travel and creating positive customer experiences.
• Willingness to complete company-provided training and participate in ongoing professional development.
