Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, client-focused individuals to join our remote team as Lifestyle Travel Consultant. This role is centered on helping clients find vacation experiences that complement their interests, preferences, and personal travel style.

• Get to know each client's vacation style, interests, priorities, preferred dates, and budget.
• Recommend destinations and experiences that align with individual preferences.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation, activities, and vacation packages.
• Compare available choices and highlight options that best fit each client's request.
• Provide useful information about accommodations, amenities, inclusions, and trip experiences.
• Help clients create personalized vacation plans rather than relying on standard packages.
• Coordinate selected arrangements using approved supplier and reservation resources.
• Organize confirmation information, schedules, and essential vacation details.
• Track reservation requirements, payment dates, and planning milestones.
• Maintain regular communication as clients prepare for their vacations.
• Review traveler information and arrangements for accuracy.
• Assist with routine questions, special requests, and reservation updates.
• Maintain organized records of client preferences, conversations, and arrangements.
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, vacation styles, and current offers.
