[Hiring] Honeymoon and Celebration Experience Specialist @Blyss Journeys

Role Description

A honeymoon, anniversary, milestone birthday, or romantic getaway is not just another reservation. Clients are trusting someone to help them plan an experience connected to an important moment in their lives. We are looking for thoughtful, creative individuals who enjoy listening to people and turning their ideas into well-organized vacation plans.

In this role, you will work with couples and celebration travelers who may know how they want their vacation to feel but are unsure where to go or how to put everything together. One client may want a quiet adults-only resort with an ocean view, while another may be looking for a cruise filled with dining, entertainment, and activities.

What This Role Looks Like:

• Get to know the client by asking questions about the occasion, atmosphere, budget, preferred activities, and accommodations.
• Research destinations and experiences that fit the client.
• Compare options such as adults-only resorts, cruises, romantic excursions, upgraded rooms, private transfers, dining experiences, or celebration packages.
• Organize the strongest options, explain the differences, and guide the client through the reservation process.
• Track deadlines, verify reservation details, provide preparation reminders, and remain available for appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain client records, participate in training, learn about destinations and suppliers, request referrals, and build relationships with couples for future travel.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to details.
• Comfortable discussing budgets and making personalized recommendations.
• Able to manage deadlines and confidential client information.
• Willing to complete training and continued education.
• Experience in hospitality, weddings, events, customer service, or relationship-based sales is helpful but not required.
