[Hiring] Corporate Travel Agent @Jackson Healthcare

Role Description

The Corporate Travel Agent works with the customer care team, the recruiting team, and healthcare providers to arrange for air, car, and hotel accommodations to provide white glove service to ensure the traveling healthcare provider’s travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. The travel agent also works with leadership to arrange for travel for internal employee travel.

• Use GDS system to book travel.
• Assist in making professional accurate travel arrangements for our doctors, including air, car, and hotel.
• Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed.
• Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive Worldspan skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Strong customer service and administrative support skills, coupled with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work well independently (self-motivated) as well as in a team environment.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills and accurate typing abilities.
• Professional and positive manner.
• Able to adapt to changing industry needs.
• Knowledge of United States geography.
• High School graduate, college training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate travel required.
• Experience with complex ticketing and exchanges.
