We're expanding and looking for a Client Travel Coordinator to manage client travel arrangements, coordinate bookings, and ensure every trip runs smoothly. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours and full support from day one.

• Coordinate all aspects of client travel planning and reservations
• Manage flight, hotel, cruise, and package bookings
• Create and maintain detailed, organized travel itineraries
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and confirm arrangements
• Track bookings and ensure all details are accurate before travel
• Provide support and updates throughout the travel planning process
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all client interactions

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Detail-focused and committed to customer satisfaction
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptable and comfortable learning new booking platforms and tools
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
