Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support client communication, account coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities within our accounting practice. This position works closely with accounting professionals to ensure client requests, financial documents, billing information, and follow-up activities are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate the collection and organization of client financial documents.
• Track client requests, deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding information.
• Assist with invoices, billing records, payment documentation, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and confidential financial information.
• Coordinate with accounting staff regarding client accounts and assignments.
• Assist with bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks when needed.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and client documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding missing documents or outstanding items.
• Help ensure client assignments remain organized and on schedule.
• Maintain professional communication through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, accounting, bookkeeping, administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
