Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support our purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, work accurately under pressure, and ensure products are ordered, tracked, and maintained efficiently.

• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Work directly with suppliers to place and track orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Book and track inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate pricing, purchasing, and inventory records.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required.
• Assist with inventory reporting and stock management activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or buying.
• Experience working with accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other eCommerce platforms.
