[Hiring] Demand and Supply Manager @Zentiva

Role Description

We are looking for a Demand and Supply Manager (m/f/o) (maternity leave cover) to strengthen our growing team. As a Demand and Supply Manager (m/f/o), you ensure the continuous and compliant supply of pharmaceutical products to the market. Through effective demand and supply planning, you contribute to patient safety and reliable product availability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams
• Plan and coordinate product supply with internal and external manufacturing sites
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, service levels, and forecast accuracy
• Identify and manage supply chain risks (e.g., capacity constraints, regulatory delays)
• Ensure accurate master data maintenance in SAP
• Support S&OP processes as well as Demand and Supply Review meetings
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or logistics ideally within the pharmaceutical or generics industry
• Strong understanding of GDP/GMP requirements and pharmaceutical supply chain constraints
• Solid knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory management best practices
• Advanced SAP knowledge (MM / PP / SD); experience with forecasting tools and BI dashboards is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and regulated environments
• Ability to manage pressure and make sound decisions impacting patient supply
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level)
