Role Description

The Core Operations team at Glassdoor drives high-impact strategy, analytics, and execution across the business. Serving as a strategic partner to grow both B2C and B2B monetization, this role will develop deep expertise in Glassdoor’s Employer Branding Product suite to help set strategic priorities, evaluate feasibility, and accelerate revenue opportunities. Crucially, it will unlock our unit economics playbook by bridging product engagement with revenue, owning the LTV model and executive dashboards to directly guide investment decisions.

Working alongside leadership, the role will translate complex data into actionable strategy while steering ambiguous, high-impact initiatives like Weekly Active User (WAU) valuation and ongoing special projects. Acting as a trusted thought partner across business units, it drives cross-functional clarity by owning operating cadences and executive communications, delivering regular performance updates to keep key stakeholders aligned around critical monetization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience.
• Experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, or similar data-driven roles in consumer tech/SaaS companies.

• Exceptional analytical foundation with experience in trend analysis, forecasting, and performance management.
• Ability to build and maintain models that inform decision-making and goal-setting.
• Bring strategic and business insight by anticipating trends, aligning work with company goals, and connecting cross-functional priorities to shape long-term direction.
• High EQ and ability to build trust-based relationships across departments and leadership levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal executive communication, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights and impact.
• Resourceful, proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity; takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google sheets.
