Role Description
Provide overall leadership and management for the entire practice, overseeing the Home Sleep Test (HST) program, the clinic, and the sleep lab.

Work closely with the Medical Director and physician leaders to ensure the expectations of patients and providers are met.

Adhere to the practice operating budget, including projecting patient volumes, revenue, equipment expenditure, staff growth, and space needs.

Analyze monthly financial and operational reports for statistical data on patient volumes, production, and revenue.

Make clear recommendations and implement policy, process, and workflow improvements across the practice.

Directly manage the HST Manager, Sleep Lab Manager, Clinic Manager, Clinical Research Coordinator, and front desk staff.

Responsible for recruitment, retention, training, compensation, and performance management of practice staff.

Responsible for succession planning and career development of the team.

Lead all-staff meetings and actively participate in ongoing provider meetings.

Oversee coordination and integration across the HST program, clinic, and sleep lab service lines.

Ensure each service line meets quality, access, and patient experience goals.

Oversee accreditation and program compliance across all service lines.

Oversee practice participation and compliance with all Vituity programs, quality, and medical management programs.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.

Oversee accounts payable, purchasing/inventory, payroll, billing, and collection functions for the practice.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field and 4 years of healthcare experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates attainment of the required competencies required.

4 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting required.

Experience overseeing multiple service lines or a multidisciplinary outpatient practice required.

Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

Experience in sleep medicine or a multi-service outpatient practice.

Able to successfully navigate issues that impact providers, clinic operations, compliance, and business goals, and understand their correlation and impact.

Able to effectively lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals and other managers.

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and policies.

Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.

Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, and clinical procedures.

Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and providers, both verbally and in writing.

Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Know-how and experience using technology and electronic health records (EHRs) to manage patient data and clinical operations.

Ability to uphold HIPAA regulations and enforce safety and compliance standards.
