Role Description

As a Senior Business Transformation & Sales Operations Partner , you will drive strategic initiatives, operational rigor, and business transformation across our global Go-to-Market organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to shape operating models, enhance the seller experience, and establish consistent operational standards across diverse segments and personas. You will play a pivotal role in governing our Sales Franchise, aligning business processes with internal tooling roadmaps, and piloting modern sales programs and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Sales Franchise & Operating Governance
  • Help define, standardize, and continuously evolve how the Sales Franchise operates - establishing the operating standards, best practices, and cadence across sales and success teams.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and governance forums to ensure consistent execution, clear rules of engagement, and operational alignment across global teams.
  • Drive structured intake, prioritization, and change management efforts for broad organizational initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Partner with leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational rhythms and communication outbriefs.
• GTM Transformation & Program Delivery
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, organizational initiatives, and system evolutions that support scalable growth.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operational partners, and technical teams to ensure internal solutions align with evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate feedback loops across various field personas to identify operational friction and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across planning, enablement, and operational execution to support seamless rollouts.
• Process Optimization & Next-Generation Initiatives
  • Support pipeline health, opportunity hygiene, and qualification consistency across the business.
  • Help evaluate and pilot innovative workflows, guided methodologies, and data-driven selling initiatives to support field efficiency.
  • Design and monitor operational metrics, pilots, and feedback channels to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to support specialized business motions and operational alignment across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Transformation, or Program Management within high-growth enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to establish operational frameworks, governance structures, and standard operating models across diverse teams.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end sales cycles, field dynamics, and operational rhythms.
• Track record of partnering with technical, analytical, and enablement teams to translate operational goals into reality.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder influence, and change management capabilities across all organizational levels.
