[Hiring] Workday Integration Consultant @Mpapan Neem Tree Private Limited

Role Description

We need a hands-on Workday integration developer who designs, builds, tests, and supports integrations end to end, working directly with client stakeholders without needing a lot of supervision/support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Workday integration experience, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation (required) & production support engagements (optional).
• Active Workday Integrations certification.
• Built at least 3-4 integrations from zero using Workday Studio yourself (not just maintained them), including error handling, logging, and deployment/debugging.

Requirements

• Hands-on delivery of:
  • Core Connectors (Worker and/or Benefits) with custom transformations and filters
  • EIB (inbound and outbound), including scheduling and troubleshooting
  • PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) or equivalent payroll/vendor outbound feeds
  • XSLT for transforming Workday XML, written by you and not just reused from templates (including XSLT 3.0 exposure or familiarity)
  • Workday web services (SOAP/REST), calling Get/Put/Import operations
• Able to gather requirements from the client, write the integration design, build, run UAT support, and handle post-go-live issues independently.
• Orchestrate / Orchestrations for Integrations is preferred and will be a differentiating factor.
• Workday reporting and calculated fields experience focusing on Integrations development.
• Experience with SFTP/PGP, OAuth/ISU security setup, and integration with third-party systems (payroll vendors, benefits carriers, ITSM tools, etc.)
• Good team player.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills.

What we are not looking for

• Profiles where the integration work is limited to EIB/Connector/Report writing, or where Studio exposure was only observing or supporting others.
