[Hiring] Technical Consultant @Veteran Enhanced Technology Solutions

Role Description

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for the design and development of ServiceNow solutions according to requirements specified by Process Consultants, while working with peers and more Senior Consultants for guidance as required.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and contribute to pre-sales activities.
• Deliver high-quality ServiceNow code and customization with appropriate documentation and testing.
• Implement according to business/process requirements, based on good design principles, with an evaluation of potential issues and possible solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
• Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary.
• Utilize all sources of information and collaborate with your peers to find the best solution for the customer.
• Demonstrate expertise with at least one ServiceNow module implementations leveraging best practices.
• Demonstrate testing and quality assurance expertise within code review and production readiness.

Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:

• ONE (1) CSA or CAD
• FIVE (5) Micro Certifications
• ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
