Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Consultant (Full Stack) to join a technology team focused on the development and continuous improvement of strategic investment management platforms. This role involves working closely with business teams and key stakeholders to build scalable, data-driven applications that directly support decision-making processes. The position will also contribute to data engineering initiatives, system integrations, and the improvement of operational processes across areas such as Finance, Treasury, and Accounting.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, including React-based frontend solutions and backend services.
• Build and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, Athena, S3, and others.
• Participate in data integration, transformation, and delivery processes across multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and reporting-oriented data structures.
• Work with data platforms such as Snowflake and integrate internal and external systems, including CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable data flows.
• Provide technical solutions in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full stack development experience with React and backend development in Python or Java.
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experience with data modeling, data pipelines, and/or reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required.
• Experience in financial services or capital markets is a plus.
