• Manage the entire SDLC from initial ideation to deployment and maintenance with clinical precision.
• Act as a technical consultant, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and the client’s commercial objectives.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring they can handle the weight of a global user base.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure that the "vision" and the "build" are perfectly aligned.
• Ensure all repositories are "audit-ready," following best practices in version control and CI/CD.
• Take ownership of the tech stack, ensuring workflows are automated, tested, and secure.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Software Development: Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Full-Stack Developer, Mobile Application Developer, WordPress / Shopify / Webflow Developer, AI / Automation / No-Code Developer, etc.
• Subject matter expertise in your specific niche.
• The ability to explain complex technical jargon in a way that a non-technical founder can easily understand.
• Comfort working in a remote-first, international environment where precision and meeting deadlines are non-negotiable.
• A portfolio or GitHub that demonstrates your ability to build production-grade software.
