Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Lead
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow technical development experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale and complex ServiceNow platform implementations
• Deep knowledge of and configuration experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and ITOM
• Strong experience with systems integration technologies, including REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, and webhooks
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies, including HTML, AngularJS, and CSS
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution design, mentor development teams, and ensure technical quality assurance
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM and CSM required
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification highly preferred

Requirements

• Provide technical leadership for the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of multiple ServiceNow instances
• Guide and mentor a team of developers and administrators while ensuring high standards of technical design and quality assurance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal platform teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and organizational objectives
