Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
• Advanced to Fluent English.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal.
• Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, and AI-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, automation workflows, and process orchestration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with Customer Service Delivery (CSD).
• Experience with Virtual Agent development.
• Experience with AWS integrations and cloud platforms.
• Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting.
• Experience within Utilities or Energy industry.
• AI, Machine Learning, or GenAI project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Develop and enhance Service Catalog items, workflows, and business applications.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and automation processes.
• Implement and support ServiceNow Now Assist AI capabilities and AI-driven workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop Virtual Agent topics and self-service capabilities.
• Improve user experience through Service Portal and UI enhancements.
• Create dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
• Support platform upgrades, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across ServiceNow processes.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Now Assist Certification.
• ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics).
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
