Role Description

At Via Logic, we believe great technology should make complex work simpler, faster, and more reliable. We’re looking for a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer who enjoys building scalable solutions, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

In this role, you’ll support the design, development, and implementation of solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including:

• Custom and scoped applications
• Integrations
• Workflow automation
• Service Catalog capabilities
• Locally developed applications

You’ll work closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, citizen developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting CI/CD movements between environments
• Participating in code reviews and demonstrations
• Troubleshooting complex issues
• Ensuring development follows ServiceNow and enterprise best practices

This role provides the opportunity to contribute directly to mission-critical systems supporting the Department of Homeland Security while continuing to deepen your ServiceNow expertise across application development, integrations, automation, and platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• At least one current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow applications and platform solutions
• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations with external systems
• Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM capabilities and scoped application development
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes within a ServiceNow environment
• Strong scripting and development capabilities, including JavaScript and related ServiceNow development technologies
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within Agile, cross-functional development teams

Requirements

• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Currently reside within the United States
• Have lived within the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years
• Be eligible to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust clearance
