Role Description

Seeking a highly experienced Veeva Vault CRM Technical Architect to lead the migration from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. The ideal candidate must have strong solution architecture, integration strategy and implementation experience, along with proven technical leadership skills.

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and migration from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM.
• Design and implement integrations between Veeva and enterprise platforms.
• Define migration strategies, deployment processes, environment promotion, and release management.
• Establish and improve DevOps, QA, validation, and production support practices.
• Lead technical teams, mentor internal resources, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop scalable operating models, technical controls, and repeatable deployment procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault CRM architecture.
• Proven experience implementing Veeva integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in solution design, technical architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
• Experience leading CRM migrations, preferably from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM.
• Strong knowledge of release management, DevOps, deployment packages, QA, and validation.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates must rate themselves from 0–10 in both technical and functional Veeva expertise.
• Validate architecture, integration implementation, solutioning, and technical team leadership experience before scheduling interviews.
